Is your phone taking up too much of your time? Let's declutter our social media feeds together!
Our first Minimal-ish community challenge in three years, and we're doing a digital declutter!
Today I have a quick little note for you because I want to tell you about the challenge we’ll be starting together on July 17th!
I’ve been busy at work creating and planning out this challenge, and I’m so ready to do this together!
Have you ever felt overwhelmed but you’re not sure where that overwhelm is coming from? Maybe you have this to do list in your brain full of all of the new routines you need to try out, books you need to read, new versions of yourself you need to become? And maybe you’re just feeling discontent in general.
I was feeling this way towards the beginning of this summer, and I even wrote about it in my latest letter to you here on substack. I found this uneasy feeling to be coming from my phone.
It was the constant stream of content coming from my phone via scrolling social media or listening to a million podcasts or anything similar that was causing it.
Once I realized this, I immediately sat down and tried to come up with a plan of how I could declutter my content consumption and be more present in my daily life with less clutter (from the content) filling my brain.
The online world is LOUD, and our brains were not meant to take in this much information all the time.
So let’s take back our peace.
I created a 25+ page challenge guide that will take you from reflecting on your values, priorities, and purpose, decluttering the content you consume, along with changing your habits around how often you consume it.
It’s a challenge that spans three and a half week as we work through it all together.
Of course, you can grab the challenge workbook and do this at any time, but I’d love for you to do it with me! We’re starting on July 17th, we’ll have a Facebook group with plenty of check ins to keep you on track and encouraged with accountability along the way.

Can’t wait to do this together!
